Sea grapes, also called “green caviar,” are a type of algae that’s a pretty popular in some parts of Japan, especially Okinawa, and in some parts of South-East Asia. The nutrition and freshness of the product are preserved by using Japanese biotechnology and dehydration technology.
Kadosachi sea grapes are picked in clean, natural conditions. We take great care to make sure that no chemicals or additives are used and that stocks are replenished for the next growing cycle. This has as little effect on the environment as possible. We advocate for environmentally friendly practices and only use sustainably sourced products whenever possible.
